1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.4 One Account Per Player

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

5.4 Abuse and Fraud

Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through coordinated betting patterns, bonus farming across multiple accounts, collusion with other players, use of software automation, or any other strategy that 198jl determines to constitute promotional abuse will result in the disqualification of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. 12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.2 Effect of Termination on Balances

Bonus Funds are not refundable upon account closure under any circumstances.
